‘The Works’ Package includes:

Celebrant/Ceremony:

  • Initial consultation

  • Collaborative meetings with clients to design a personalised ceremony

  • Provide resources for basic rituals (sand and/or candle lighting), if required.

  • Drafting and finalising a unique and personalised ceremony script, pre-approved by clients prior to ceremony.

  • Providing a Certificate of Marriage with decorative handover folder.

  • Provision, management and submission of all legal paperwork pertaining to Births, Deaths and Marriages.

  • Same day registration of your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages NSW.

  • Providing a portable PA system for the ceremony.

  • Providing and managing the playing of music for the ceremony, if required.

  • Assisting in organising alternate plans in the case of inclement weather or other events impacting the ceremony (if applicable).

  • Officiating your ceremony.

  • Liaising with any additional identified parties to the ceremony and reception.

  • Clear, timely communication with clients.

  • Private and secure storage of your personal information.

Emcee:

  • Collaborative meetings with couples to create structure around reception plans.

  • Creation of detailed planning docs and run sheets.

  • Liaising, communicating and collaborating with venue staff to ensure accurate timing and the smooth running of reception.

  • Providing sound equipment as an alternate/back up option from venue audio equipment.

  • Hosting your reception in a way that reflects your personalities, and your idea of a good time!

DJ:

  • Questionnaires for couples to determine favoured styles/genres of music to be (or not) to be played.

  • Designing of a personalised set to cater for all guests and age ranges.

  • Collaboration with couples to facilitate music for reception entry, exit, first dance, father daughter dance etc.

  • Culturally diverse music available.

  • Flexible and open to requests.

  • Supply all own professional grade sound and lighting equipment (2 x Mackie Thump 15”, Pioneer FLX6 Controller, Serato DJ, 2 x Beamz Party Bars with sound activated light shows).
